2.) We promise to give you a marketing plan in writing. We hear all the time " i dont know what my agent was doing to advertise my home" or " they just put a sign up and didnt do anything else.." - not acceptable. 3.) Extensive marketing and syndication of your listing - in this day and age, online marketing is the key to exposing your home to as many people as possible. When you list with The Capital Team, we will put your home on over 500 real estate related websites. Your home will be featured on some great search engines and sites - we gladly will tell you the sites your home will be featured on, in writing. We offer a great mix of social media, online and print marketing to get your home exposed to as many people as possible.

4.) Communication - sounds simple doesn't it? When you work with The Capital Team, you are not speaking with the secretary, the assistant, the intern or someone else far removed from knowing about your home.
